The Morelia Convention and Exhibition Center (Ceconexpo) invites orchid fans; as well as the tourists who will visit the capital of Michoacán this holiday period, to see the exhibition modules of the Orquidario de Morelia, where they will be able to appreciate the different varieties of plants.
In this sense, the general director of Ceconexpo, Gustavo A. Mendoza García, commented that the tourism that arrives in Morelia should make an obligatory visit to the Orquidario de Morelia, where they can enjoy the different species of orchids that are exhibited this spring summer season.
The Morelia Orquidario belongs to Ceconexpo and has three modules, one for exhibition and two more for cultivation; In addition, it holds orchid care and cultivation workshops on the first Friday of each month.
The entrance fee is 10 pesos for adults and 5 pesos for girls, boys, and people with disabilities. The opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
